She has a snowy white complexion, flowing white hair with bangs, and soulful brown eyes. Her regal face's light makeup enhances her icy beauty. She has the figure of a mature ballerina.
The Snow Queen's wintery ballet costume evokes the iconic "Dance of the Snowflakes." The white bodice is decorated with silver snowflake filigree and deep blue jewels. The frosty romance tutu is blue and silver, reaching below her knees in shimmering tulle. The long, flared sleeves are made of matching material and trimmed with silver. She is wearing a majestic tulle crown with silver filigree details and a blue jewel. White cotton panties keep her modest while dancing. Her pink satin Ballet Boots, which lace up in the front, combine the ballet aesthetic of pointe shoes with the warmth and durability of Victorian boots.

Her skin looks like fine porcelain, but it is actually vinyl, which won't chip from normal play patterns.
Her hair is long, silky, and easily styleable. The wig is attached to her head with Velcro, so you can conveniently give The Snow Queen a new look by attaching a different wig. She also features a removable headcap, so you can easily open the head to put in new eyes.
Her fully articulated, hard plastic body makes her more than just a toy. Her intricately formed joints mimic the human body's design, so she moves and poses just like a real ballet dancer.
